In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jsya9" refers to the online casino platform operating under the domain jsya9.vu, including all services, products, and content offered through it.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the jsya9 platform.
• "Service" refers to all casino games, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, Slots, Sports, and any other digital entertainment available at jsya9.
• "Account" refers to the individual account registered by a Player to access jsya9's Services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Player's Account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus credits.

• Withdrawals will be credited back to the original deposit source account for anti-money laundering purposes.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Any attempt to abuse the jsya9 bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the immediate cancellation of all related bonuses and permanent account closure.

Jsya9 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following are the fundamental rules that every player must abide by:

• Players must play individually and are not permitted to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage, especially in Live Casino games.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jsya9 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the relevant international arbitration rules.
